July And August weekly bookings only (Saturday-Saturday)
Easter/Christmas/New Year/June -  a minimum  of 4 night booking is required.

Cancellation Policy

  • Any cancellation of a booking will result in the deposit being forfeited; however this can be redeemed on another booking up to 6 months from the original booking.
  • Customers are asked to inform the management as soon as possible if they cannot commit to their booking.
  • If a booking is cancelled at any stage during the duration of a vacation, the customer will forfeit that expense.


Returns Policy (Good care deposit)

  • Any “good care” deposit will be returned within 7 days providing the property is left in a satisfactory condition.
  • A percentage of the good care deposit may be kept if extra cleaning is required
