Payment policy
= A £100 deposit is required for all bookings (at the time of booking) the final balance is then due to be payed in full on arrival at the cottages.

July and August 3 night minimum booking required.
Easter/Christmas/New Year/June- minimum 3 night booking required.

Privacy Policy

  • Customers name’s/address/contact information is collected and stored for administrative and advertising purposes.
  • This personal information is not shared with any other persons.
  • No financial details (credit/debit card details) will be stored with our business.
  • Customers are welcome to contact us with any queries regarding their personal information/payment.
  • Customers may contact us by email/phone/mail. (Details on contact us page).


Cancellation Policy

  • Any cancellation of a booking will result in the deposit being forfeited; however this can be redeemed on another booking up to 6 months from the original booking.
  • Customers are asked to inform the management as soon as possible if they cannot commit to their booking.
  • If a booking is cancelled at any stage during the duration of a vacation, the customer will forfeit that expense.


Returns Policy (Good care deposit)

  • Any “good care” deposit will be returned within 7 days providing the property is left in a satisfactory condition.
  • A percentage of the good care deposit may be kept if extra cleaning is required
